I'm 14 years old, and recently a close friend did something really mean. Now she's mad at me.What should i do?

She acted like nothing was wrong in the beginning, and only gave me a very insincere apology after a friend told her i was pissed. Now she's mad at me and makes a huge show of inviting everybody but me to a party. Should i confront her and as to talk? or wait for her to apologize
