How do I stop my brother's friend from breeding her Lab/Husky mix?

Tell her that her dog is a mutt, and she is not a reputable breeder her dog doesnt need to be bred. Take her to look at all the puppies that havent been adopted at the animal shelter, maybe that will make her think twice.
