What is bamboozle Like?

Im wondering if the bands walk around after/before their set and is it just a bunch of people walking around? is it like a county fair but instead of rides its bands playing? and i want to know (in your words) how you would explain it to someone like me who has never been and has no idea what to expect? thank you!
