Restricted voice- started after trauma about 8yrs ago.?

Eight yrs ago I had been having neuorological symptoms, such as slurred speech, double vision, legs giving out under me, among other symptoms. Working as a nanny I took both my niece nd nephew nd my granddaughter w/ me to his appmenT. While exmininging me nd giving me thourough workup I ped out cold on his examining table. Went into some sort of tremor activity- I ws like locked up in my body. Could hear everything, but could not move or even speek a word. I was transported to the hosp. I even tried lifting my leg, etc, move my head, nothing. The nurse came in and out but come not understand what I was trying to convey to her. My daughter came and picked up her niece and nephew and granddaughter. I tried to speek somehow to her. Just stared ahead. She decided to leave me alone and went home. It stayed like that until the better of the night. because nothing ws doented at the right time to them nothing had happened. My voice hs been traumatized every since. PSE HELP
