Are people in foreign countries as scared as a lot of Americans are?

I'm talking about like these people who whine here every day about N. Korea and Iraq blowing America off the face of the earth. Can you imagine how these scared whining Americans look to people in foreign countries? Basically, those whiners are saying that this military can't handle other militaries. Just think about it. And if this country hadn't done it's share of wrong TOO, it would have less room to worry. Do the whiners ever think about that? Its a thought. Please don't think that America's hands are clean. But what's being scared going to solve??? Carry on with the "anti-American" mess, I can handle it lol.
