My dog is being really weird and i don't know what to do?

Okay so i have a white dog and a brown dog. My brown dog is 10 yrs old and has been fixed since he was really young. My white dog just turned one, he isn't fixed yet so he is a little feisty. Okay so my brown dog has this wound on his leg and the white dog will smell it all the time and lick it and when he does that it makes himself really rowdy and he wants to play with the brown dog none stop after he does that and he has been doing this for the past 3 days. He also does it and drools and pants and he hasn't stopped for 3 days now i don't know what to do, i've tried everything and he wont calm down. Is he horny from this? And if he is horny why does the wound make him horny i just don't get it? also he was licking my brown dogs ... i don't know why and i don't like it.. help me please haha
