My bloodstream was poisoned through an internal hemorrhoid. Cold feet/hands/sudden high fever/trembling.Help?

These symptoms developed after I went to bathroom. There was blood on stool and pain. I cleaned area. I still got symptoms right away. It's happened before and I become unproductive. Any natural suggestions to clean blood? I have no insurance/not working now. Thanks,
