I really need this answered. please, please just answer it. i no its stuipd but i dont no what to do.?
nightmares are very rarely literal..ie they say what they mean,,,u are obviously anxious ..try to sort out what it may be....if you have a good idea then the solution is to solve or deal with it if nothing spring to mind then have a warm bath(apparently statistics show that about a hour after a warm bath people are ready for sleep) something to do with a drop in body temp, no tele in case its something u watched and no eating(specially cheese) only joking there by the way scientists have said there is no actual proof that eating cheese gives u bad dreams...but id like to point out that from my own experience, ive had lots of recurring dreams, mainly in colour, very adventurous,vampire and werewolves, and i was once shot in the back by a machine gun(smetimes you can recognise the dream and change them as u are not fully sleeping, when you recognise the dream a sort of awareness starts...and often altho the panic can be he same when u recognise it its not quite as bad as it was the first time.....hope this isnt rambling and of some help xxx
