What does it mean when your planets are in a persons 12th house?

if your Sun, Mercury, Chiron and Mars are all in your partner's 12th house could this affect your relationship ? isn't the 12th house about secrets and disorders of sorts really, but the house person also has their North Node and Chiron in their 12th house too. is this all good or bad or just weird. i once read a horror story from someone who insisted that a lover's 12th house is a bad place to have your planets in a synasty chart.
