Is it the right time to plant these vegetables?
Look up on the internet when your last spring frost is. Than look on the packets of seeds, or online, for specific information about when each of those veggies needs to be planted. They will say how many weeks before the last frost, at the last frost, or how many weeks after the last frost to plant them. Each veggie is different. Than plant accordingly. Tomatoes and peppers are definitely easier as transplants, rather than seeds. The rest is really up to you. If you decide to transplant, make sure that you look up the right date for planting those, rather than the date to plant seeds. If you buy transplants I would personally buy them now and start the hardening off process before I planted them in my garden. I also know that my season is warmer than yours, so I am in more of a rush than you should be in. Good luck!
