Where can I find the PCV vacuum hose on a 2004 ford focus?

I am trying to locate this hose because I want to run SeaFoam through it, I tried looking it up and ended up more confused!Can anyone explain to me specifically where it is or have a picture or diagram!Please! Its driving me NUTS! :)
