What makes Wendy's burgers fresh?

Ok so Wendy's says "burgers bought fresh, not frozen"!! Is this true that their beef is fresh?? I worked for McD's as a kid and i know its frozen beef.. Where it came from.. Thats another story!! So out of all the fast food chains whos got the best beef?? What do you think????
