Should I correct someone who mispronounces words?

I have a cousin who frequently mispronounces words, especially French, and it really bothers me and makes me want to mouth tape her. For example, she says bon appetit with a T at the end and crepes wih an AY sound. (Don't argue about that; it's really pronounced how it's spelled.) Should I correct her? Is it rude?
