I am planning to attend Austin community college. I would like to know if they are tolerant towards Muslim stu?

I have been told that Texas is not tolerant towards Muslims and I was wondering is it is the same in Austin and Round Rock. Will I have problem being a Muslim in Austin community college as I wear a head scarf.
