How are the teen clubs on Royal Caribbean's Monarch Of The Seas ship?

On May 7 I am going to be cruising on Royal Caribben's Monarch Of The Seas. And I have heard they have really good disco clubs for teens! And I want someone who was been to these disco clubs to tell me how fun they are, and if they are recommended or not. Ohhh, and I also have heard that Royal Caribbean sells drinking cards that have prices that range up to $60, and the $60 one gives you unlimited Margaritas, Pina Coladas, basically all alchoholic/non-alchoholic drinks and soft drinks! Can someone give me ALL the details on the teen disco clubs, and ALL the information on the $60 drinking card! Thanks!
