Help with court ordered apology letter?

i know this is low, but, i ask if someone can pre-write an apology letter..with some 75 words its about criminal damage (graffiti) im supposed to write on how sorry i am and be sincere.. but honestly im not sorry. i didn't do anything wrong really i painted a person on the wall behind an abandoned house..with maybe $1 worth of paint.. on a crap wall that maybe worth $10 made out of cinder blocks,and when i got the cops called on me by a neighbor and month later i am being charged $250 in fees a $25 victims fee to the city because no-one owned the property so the figured it was theirs (the lady who owned that house died 5yrs ago and had no relatives) and $100 restitution even though they DIDN'T paint over it I DID! they never even went by! and now i have to do 24hrs of community service and write a 5 paragraph essay on the importance of other peoples property and an apology letter PLEASE help me with the letter
