Does this guy like me..or is he tryin to stay faithful to his girlfriend?

Okay theres this one guy...he's super cute and nice and sweet and we're friends..but sometimes he gives me vibes that he likes me...okay..first off he always pushin up on me..and tryin to bump up against my on purpose lol....and today we were writing notes..and i told him i can always feel him looking at me..and then i said if you're going to look you should take some action..and he said you mean touch ur ..i said sure..he said now you know im faithful to my girlfriend..i said well if you was soo faithful why you always looking at me? He said because..im a boy, im suppose to look...&& i said but you said yesterday..i have a phat and a phat you know what in dha front...(because i wore some tight pants one day and yeahh i was sittin on dha floor.) anyways!!! okay...well...moving on..soo he said all that and he always likes to look down my shirt when i wear low cutt shirts...or whatever...soo then i asked my friend to call him and ask him if he think im cute..and he said yeah...sooo yeahh he has a girlfriend..but he always be messin with me...okay sooo yeah i can't tell if he like me..or if he just see's me as a friend..or whatever...please help me out.
