Does anyone know what the name of this baseball game for ps2 is?

A few years back, we had a playstation 2 and one of our games was a baseball game that was easy for the kids to play. The game had features that you could unlock, including things like turning your players into bobble heads and horses. We had upgraded to other game systems and sold that game a couple years ago. Now we have a playstation 2 again and would like to get that game again, but we can't remember what the name of it was. My son thinks that the name had "2004" in it, but I was thinking it had "2000" in it, however we could both be wrong. Does anyone have any idea what game that might have been?
