CRB will i get my money back...sacked!!?

I worked in a care home for a month and was paid as normal..but at the start i had to pay for a enhanced CRB check which cost me �53 pounds..And he said after 3 months we will get the money back...But because i was sacked after a month..will i get my �53 pounds back?
