Are many Mexican women willing to have NSA relationships in exchange for green cards?

It wouldn't be fraud as no money would be involved.. Plus they would have a legit marriage with all of the 'conjugal' activities. The only difference is that the guys major motivation would be ual. Which is way many guys marry non-immigrant women anyway right?
